Since our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received a faulty or wrong product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@verlaxa.com with:

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:
